Student Worker Position at the UT Grad School

Dr. Sylvie sent this job to me this week:

Position: a new student worker position at the Graduate School
Duties: related to writing and communication
When: as quickly as next week and continue through the end of August
Qualifications: The student doesn't have to be registered or qualified for work study. The pay is $6.40 per hour. The student may be able
to continue into the fall if qualified for work study.

Duties are as follows:
-Assist Administrative Assistant and Graduate Coordinator in data entry,
as needed
-Answer phone and greets visitors in the absence of Administrative
Assistant
-Assist administrative assistant in stuffing envelopes for mass mailings,
stuffing packets for events, and putting together packets for meetings
-Maintain supply of packets of information and maps for walk-in
prospective students
-Serve as student representative/ambassador of Graduate School at
recruiting and retention events
-Help research and produce content for publications and web site
-Assist Director and Graduate Coordinator in preparing, packing and
shipping materials for recruiting events
